This week, a new website went live: www.fabmic.ch, which I developed and designed for artists Fabiana de Barros and Michel Favre.
Over at http://www.fabmic.ch/credits/ I am listing some technical specs. As the users of the site have to do a lot of image management, the site is using the extremely useful File Gallery plugin by web developer Bruno Babić (Zagreb, Croatia). As we changed some default sizes during development while we had already 300+ images uploaded, we made good use of the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin by Alex aka Viper007 (Portland, USA).
The site has been optimized with the help of Yahoo!s Yslow extension, and gets an A-Grade (score 93) on most pages (B-Grade / score 87 on pages where Vimeo is embedded, due to the additional .js files).
